Shipping, Delivery & Policies

Dispatch time:

One of a kind items (aka drop charms/rings/pendants): 1-2 days*

Made to order items: Up to a week before dispatch, to allow me to order required materials & make your order (this may be slightly longer during busy periods but I will keep this section up to date!)

Shipping:

Please note once your order is scanned in into the postal service, I am not responsible and cannot control the delivery times/where your parcel is. It is better to contact them but I will always help where I can <3

UK: All UK orders are dispatched with 48hr tracking services through royal mail.

USA: All USA orders are paid so that duties & taxes are paid upfront, so there are no hidden fees. This is all calculated when the items are in your basket + you can track your order the full way! Add both email & phone number to your order for the best updates.

Australia/Canada/New Zealand: All dispatched & tracked through royal mail, duties & taxes I am not responsible for, if applicable this will be paid when you recieve your order.

Return policy:

I accept the returns of all drop items, however, made to order items are customised & made to fit you, so are not returnable.

You, as the buyer, are responsible for the return costs of the order & responsible for making sure the item returns in the same condition it was sold as, to me. Once I have received the item and checked it over I will issue a full refund of your item. <3

If an item is delivered damaged message me with a picture and I will sort something out ~ I always want to ensure my customers are happy!

Return deadline is 14 days from delivery date.
